Data Processing Agreement
For customers who need a signed DPA, download our template, sign it, and send it back.
Our processing model is simple: private data and your provider key are processed only in memory, for the duration of a single request, then destroyed. Because we keep nothing at rest (bar the two encrypted exceptions in our Privacy Policy), our sub-processor surface is minimal: Stripe (billing) and your chosen AI provider (which you contract with directly).
